1.To be eligible for Hong Kong Airlines Student Offer, students must enroll in an education institution accredited by an organization recognized by a relevant government authority at the time of their first international departure.
2.Documents accepted are admission confirmation email, student ID cards, student visa, International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and school acceptance confirmation letter.
3.At least one of the above digital copies of the documents must be uploaded during the booking journey for verification.
4.At least one of the above original documents must be presented at check-in counter or boarding gate for verification.
5.If passengers are unable to present the required proof upon request, but wish to travel on the same flight, they will need to purchase a new non-student offer ticket, which is subject to seat availability.
6.A maximum of 5 passengers in one booking, and at least one of those passengers must be a student who can present valid student identification at the check-in counter or boarding gate for verification.
7.If the passengers under the same booking do not have an eligible student who can provide valid student identification, they will need to purchase a new non-student offer ticket if they wish to travel on the same flight, which subject to seat availability.
8.Passengers may apply for a refund on the fully or partially unused Student Offer ticket, subject to applicable refund charges (if any).
9.Passengers can only purchase the Hong Kong Airlines Student Offer ticket via Hong Kong Mobile App or designated travel agents.
10.The Hong Kong Airlines Student Offer ticket is subject to seat availability, fare conditions, fare rules and blackout dates.
11.Eligible students must use a valid Edu email address to receive verification code and complete the student ticket booking.
12.Student Offer ticket is available for purchase by students aged 12 or above.
13.Rebooking is free of charge for Hong Kong Airlines Student Offer ticket. Rebooking can only be made via Hong Kong Airlines' official website or contact your travel agent, and it must be made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
14.Student Offer ticket is subject to the following refund fees:
•Hong Kong, China departure: HKD 900 for Business class per ticket; HKD 1800 for Economy class per ticket
•China departure: CNY 500 per ticket
•Australia departure: AUD 100 per ticket
•Canada departure: CAD 100 per ticket
•Thailand departure: THB3500 per ticket
•South Korea departure: KRW 110000 for Business class per ticket; KRW 80000 for Economy class per ticket
•Taiwan, China departure: TWD1500
•Japan departure: JPY 30000 for Business class per ticket; JPY 20000 for Economy class per ticket
15. Student Offer ticket is subject to the following no show fee:
•Hong Kong departure: HKD 2200 per ticket
•China departure: CNY 500 for Business class per ticket; CNY 2000 for Economy class per ticket
•Sydney departure: AUD 330 for Business class per ticket; AUD 250 for Economy class per ticket
•Canada departure: CAD 100 per ticket
•Thailand departure: THB3500 per ticket
•South Korea departure: KRW 140000 for Business class per ticket; KRW 110000 for Economy class per ticket
•Taiwan, China departure: TWD1500
•Japan departure: JPY 30000 for Business class per ticket; JPY 20000 for Economy class per ticket
16.The Hong Kong Airlines Student Offer ticket is applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
17.Fortune Wings Club (FWC) members are eligible for FWC points accrual. Points credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions which is available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com/en_HK/FFP/earn/earn_hx.

20.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
21.The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines’ website.
22.Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
23.If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
24.In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
25.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
