1. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using China CITIC Bank International (“CNCBI”) Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard to purchase air tickets via Hong Kong Airlines official website or mobile application and earning extra FWC points (“the Campaign”), you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Campaign is only applicable to principal Cardholders (“the Cardholders”) who holds a valid CNCBI Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard. The Cardholders are entitled to join the Campaign when they purchase the tickets from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) (“Period”).
3. The Cardholders purchasing Hong Kong Airlines economy and/or business class (if applicable) one-way and/or round trip (if applicable) air tickets through Hong Kong Airlines official website or mobile application during the Period by CNCBI Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard are entitled to extra FWC points.
4. Extra FWC points are calculated based on Net Spending Amount (as defined in clause 6 below) in a single transaction. The Cardholders shall earn extra 300 FWC Points for Net Spending Amount of HK$3,000 – HK$4,999; extra 500 FWC Points for Net Spending Amount of HK$5,000 – HK$9,999; extra 1,000 FWC Points for Net Spending Amount of HK$10,000 – HK$14,999; extra 1,500 FWC Points for Net Spending Amount of HK$15,000 – HK$19,999 in a single transaction; and extra 2,000 FWC Points for Net Spending Amount of HK$20,000 – HK$24,999 and so on.
5. The Cardholders need not be passengers or one of the passengers of the corresponding booking.
6. Net Spending Amount means total amount (including taxes and surcharges but excludes those collected by government or airport during check in) to be charged in each booking.
7. In the event that the air ticket is not purchased during the Period and requested for reissuance during the Period, passengers are not eligible for extra FWC points.
8. Extra FWC points is regarded as award points. Extra FWC points is not eligible to upgrade or retain FWC Elite membership status. Extra FWC points will be credited to FWC members' accounts within 8 to 12 weeks upon the eligibility of the transaction(s) has been verified and confirmed.
9. In the event air ticket is cancelled or changed to another date which does not fall within the Period, extra FWC points will not be awarded and the credited extra FWC Points will be deducted directly from the FWC members' accounts without prior notice.
10. If the Cardholders request refund or partial refund of the purchased air ticket, no extra FWC points will be awarded.
11. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of a Cardholder's eligibility for the Offers as well as cancellation of the Cardholder's credit card(s). Hong Kong Airlines further reserves the right to deduct any relevant amount under the Offer directly from the relevant credit card account without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute in relation to the eligibility of the extra FWC points, Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right at any time during or after this promotion to request the Cardholders to submit the relevant original sales receipts, official payment records and/or such further documents or evidence as may be required for inspection and verification.
13. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer, mobile or internet network issues.
14. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
