Fortune Wings Club (“FWC”) members can enjoy the following benefits at The Arca:

1. By booking a room and dining at The Arca as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Room rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
3. Room Cancellation or modification is not allowed once the booking is confirmed. Prepayment is required and non-refundable.
4. The room offer is for accommodation purpose only, not for event and commercial use. Guests must adhere to guest room's maximum occupancy and to any Hong Kong Government regulations.
5. Hotel room rates will be subject to 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap.348) which will be applied to guest stay from 1 January 2025 onwards.
6. The dining offer is applicable to dine-in only and prices are subject to 10% service charge of original price.
7. 1-day advance reservation is required, please indicate to use the offer when making a reservation.
8. Dining Offers are only applicable to a maximum of 12 people.
9. Dining Offers are not applicable on 14 Feb 2025, 18 – 21 April 2025, 11 May 2025, 15 June 2025, 31 Oct 2025, 20 – 26 Dec 2025, 31 Dec 2025.
10. Dining Offers are not applicable to special promotions, specially negotiated menus, discounted dish / menus, private functions, catering services, banquets, meetings, conferences, weddings, room services, festive items, voucher sales and ticket sales events.
11. The offer is valid from 1 Jan 2025 to 31 December 2025. Black-out dates: 31 December 2025.
12. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
13. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of The Arca, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of Alva House food and beverage services.
14. Hong Kong Airlines and The Arca reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of The Arca shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
18. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
