In response to the Severe Flooding in Bangkok, Hong Kong Airlines waive rebooking fees for rebooking to provide travel flexibility for passengers on affected flights.

Remarks:

• Customers who booked through a travel agent or a third-party website should contact their original points of purchase for assistance.
• This waiver is valid for one change per ticket.
• Rebooked flights are subject to the original fare rules. Passengers are responsible for any difference in fare and taxes.
• No-show fee are not waived. Passengers who do not cancel their booking before the original departure time will be marked as “no-show” and charged the applicable no-show and refund fees as per the original tickets’ conditions.
