Special Ticketing Arrangement
In response to the Typhoon Jangmi, Hong Kong Airlines is waiving all fees for rebooking, rerouting and refund to provide travel flexibility for passengers on affected flights.
To expedite your request, we encourage passengers to use Hong Kong Airlines Online Rebooking System under Flight Irregularities services.
If your flight is canceled and you choose to request a full refund, please use our Refund Application services and select the 'Special Reason Refund' option when submitting your application.

Remarks:
- Customers who booked through a travel agent or a third-party website should contact their original points of purchase for assistance.
- This waiver is valid for one change per ticket.
- Rebooked flights are subject to the original fare rules. Passengers are responsible for any difference in fare and taxes.
- No-show fee are not waived. Passengers who do not cancel their booking before the original departure time will be marked as “no-show” and charged the applicable no-show and refund fees as per the original tickets’ conditions.
