How to redeem ticket:

1. Click [Mine] at the bottom right
2. Tap [Travel Pass Orders], select the pass you want to redeem, then click [Redeem]
3. On the passenger binding page, add a new passenger or select an existing one
4. Select departure city, arrival city, travel date, then click Search
5. Choose a suitable flight, fill in passenger details, then pay all applicable airport construction fees, government and airport taxes/fees/charges, fuel surcharges, other charges and service fees to confirm your booking.

1. The product is named "GO Australia Travel Pass (Open-Jaw)" (hereinafter referred to as "Travel Pass") for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Travel Pass includes 2 OW tickets.
3. The Travel Pass is available for purchase through the Hong Kong Airlines mobile app and can only be managed via the app.
4. Tickets issued under this travel pass must follow an open-jaw itinerary. The origin city of the second sector cannot be the same as the destination city of the first sector.
5. The Travel Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the same passenger whose details have been registered and bound to the Travel Pass after purchase.
6. Travel Pass prices displayed in the app include the net fare only. Government taxes, airport fees, carrier-imposed surcharges, and fuel surcharges must be paid by the customer upon each ticket redemption.
7. Travel Passes are applicable to adults only; infant and child tickets are not permitted.
8. Tickets issued under the Travel Pass are valid on a sector (one-way) basis.
9. Each one-way (OW) flight redemption counts as a one-time redemption and will result in the deduction of one redemption from the total entitlement of the Travel Pass.
10. Seats are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
11. The ticket(s) issued under the Travel Pass is applicable to travel during validity (Validity of the Travel Pass) with blackout periods apply (if applicable).
12. Travel Pass tickets are not valid for special flights, chartered flights, or codeshare services.
13. Rebooking is permitted within the ticket validity period, subject to fare rules and seat availability.
14. Tickets for infants (under 2 years of age) and children (2–11 years old) are not applicable under this product.
15. A wholly unused Travel Pass is refundable, while a partially used Travel Pass is non-refundable (except tax and surcharges).
16. For involuntary refund requests:
    • If wholly unused, the Travel Pass is refundable.
    • If used once, the usage record will be reinstated without deduction from the original entitlement.
17. FWC members can enjoy an exclusive fixed price on Travel Passes when logged into their FWC account.
18. FWC member travelling with the Travel Pass ticket is eligible for FWC point accrual, and it is subject to FWC’s terms and conditions.

20. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.

22. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
23. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
