  • How do I check whether my mobile device supports eSIM?

    1. Whether your mobile device supports eSIM depends on whether the manufacturer has provided eSIM configuration in the device.
    1. You can quickly check eSIM compatibility using the following method: dial *#06# from your phone's keypad. If your phone supports eSIM, EID information will be displayed. If no EID appears, your phone does not support eSIM. Only carrier-unlocked phones can install a self-purchased eSIM (iOS/Android).

    How do I set up and activate my eSIM?

    Before installing your eSIM, please read the following notes carefully:

    1. During installation, keep your device connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. A dropped connection may cause installation to fail, so ensure a stable connection throughout.
    1. Each QR code can only be installed on one device. Once scanned and installed, the QR code becomes invalid and cannot be reused on another device. Please proceed with caution.
    1. This activation code is valid for 90 days from the order date. Please activate it within 90 days of receiving the email. After expiry, the eSIM card will become invalid and cannot be activated.

    Preparing to install your eSIM:

    After completing your eSIM purchase, you will receive a PDF file. Inside the PDF you will find your eSIM QR code and manual activation code. Print the QR code out or save it to another device to scan.

    Activate and connect:

    1. Upon arrival at your destination, simply go to your phone settings and turn on the eSIM profile. Also, remember to enable data roaming for the eSIM.
      If your device supports dual SIM, please make sure you have selected the correct eSIM.
    1. The service period begins when you first use data at your destination; 24 hours is counted as one day.
