Booking Procedure:

1. Book your Flight: Check room availability with hotel and purchase a round-trip ticket to Da Nang (DAD) with Hong Kong Airlines. Your flight must originate from Hong Kong or connect via Hong Kong and operated by Hong Kong Airlines.
2. Redeem your Special Offer: Send an email to centralized.reservations@hoiana.com. with the following:
   a. Your confirmed Hong Kong Airlines itinerary with your booking reference (attach a copy of your booking confirmation).
   b. A copy of your passport
   c. A soft copy of your FWC card (if applicable)
   d. Your intended date of stay at Hoiana Resort and Golf.

3. Join the Rewards Club: Enroll in the Hoiana Premium Rewards Club Program. This free program may offer additional benefits.

4. Confirmation: Hoiana Resort and Golf will review your request and confirm your reservation within 3-5 business days.

5. Check-In: Upon arrival at Hoiana Resort and Golf, present the following documents for verification:
   a. Your passport with a valid entry stamp for Vietnam.
   b. Your boarding pass on HX 548.
   c. Your FWC Elite membership card (if applicable).

3. The Campaign is not applicable for group bookings (G class).
4. All hotel rooms and room upgrade offers are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis and only available while stock lasts. 5. Breakfast and room charges are exclusive of tax and service surcharge.
6. The Campaign is provided by the Hotel Group. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any discrepancy and changes by the Hotel Group.
7. Passengers are required to present HX boarding pass (HX548 HKG-DAD) and FWC Elite Membership card (if applicable) upon check in at hotel counter. If any abuse is found, Hotel Group reserves the rights to charge the subject passenger at the original fare.
8. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website.
9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
10. Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
