Resumption of In-town Check-in Service at MTR Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations

We resumed our In-town Check-in Service at Hong Kong station and Kowloon station on 7 June and 27 June respectively.

Hong Kong Airlines passengers can use the smart check-in kiosks and self-service bag drop counters during service hours. This streamlined, one-stop service allows passengers to complete check-in procedures and baggage drop conveniently before boarding the Airport Express for the airport.

Passengers who have completed online check-in can directly print their boarding passes and baggage tags at the smart check-in kiosks and proceed to self-drop their luggage.

Our In-town Check-in Service hours (all times local) are as follows:

    

Hong Kong Station

 

Daily

06:00 – 19:00

Kowloon Station

06:00 – 15:00

 

Passengers are reminded to check in at least 90 minutes prior to their flight’s scheduled departure time and allow sufficient time for travel to the airport.
