Manage Your Nominee List

FWC members can redeem award tickets and upgrades for themselves and also their nominees. Each FWC member can add up to 10 nominees into their account for FREE! 

To update your nominee list, please log on to your account and then click "Profile", "Manage Nominee". Please note that it takes 30 days for a nominee list to become effective.

   

Terms and conditions:

  1. Award chart distance is based on Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM) published by IATA and measured in kilometers.
  2. The above redemption standards are applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only.
  3. Redemption and/or upgrade is subject to availability. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available for Award Ticket and/or Award Upgrade for each flight at its absolute discretion.
  4. Award Tickets and Upgrades are not applicable on special flights, chartered flights or other code-sharing flights.
  5. The redemption rates for infant, child and adult are the same.
  6. The issuance of an Award Ticket and Award Upgrade is subject to the passenger being responsible for applicable departure taxes, airport or government handling fees, fuel surcharges, security and insurance charges and any other fees charged by any authorised entity.
  7. In order to redeem award upgrades (Z class), members must hold Economy class tickets booked in Y/B/H/K/L/M/N fare classes.
  8. The above Award Upgrades Redemption Chart is for one-way only and subject to cabin availability.
  9. Points accrual and ticket rules will base on the original booking class if the upgrade is settled by FWC points or cash (requested at the airport or in-flight on the flight day).
  10. All Award Ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
  11. Rebooking shall be made at least 2 hours prior to scheduled flight departure time, otherwise passenger will be considered having no-showed and the ticket will be considered as used. Rebooking is subject to availability within the ticket’s validity period at the time of rebooking and service fee shall apply if using Customer Service Centre, airport counters or local sales offices. Such service fee will be waived for Fortune Wings Club Elite members.
  12. No point refund is allowed for Award Tickets and Upgrades.
  13. The above redemption criteria is subject to change without prior notice.
