The baggage allowance of interline ticket is to be governed by IATA baggage resolution 302, the baggage rules may different from Hong Kong Airlines. Please refer to the actual free baggage allowance shown on the itinerary.

1. Basic is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By selecting and purchasing the Basic, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
2. Basic does not include free advance seat reservation. If you wish to reserve seat in advance, please visit here. For passenger who requires special needs, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
3. Basic does not include free checked baggage allowance for the itineraries between Hong Kong/ Zone 1/ Zone 2 and Zone 1/ Zone 2. Basic includes 1 piece of free checked baggage allowance for the itineraries between Hong Kong/ Zone 1/ Zone 2 and Zone 4/ Zone 5. 4. No combination of fare families involving Basic is allowed. For instance, if the outbound flight is Basic, the inbound flight must also be Basic.
5. Any flight rebooking for an accompanied child shall be made together with the accompanying adult. No flight rebooking for a child alone will be accepted in Basic.
6. Basic is not available for special flights, or code share/interline flights.
7. Basic is valid on selected routes. No-show fee, re-booking fee, re-routing fee and refund fee are subject to fare rules as applicable to each origin/destination.
8. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
9. Booking is not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.

11. You are advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning your trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. 12. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party rights or benefits.
13. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website.
14. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and other languages versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
16. In the event of any dispute regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
17. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

1. FlexiPlus is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By selecting and purchasing the FlexiPlus, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
2. Passenger who purchased FlexiPlus can select seat in advance subject to seat availability.
3. Passenger may purchase FlexiPlus on either inbound or outbound flight or both, and the price is subject to selected destination and currency fluctuation. FlexiPlus is non-refundable.
4. Passenger who purchased FlexiPlus can rebook the ticket three times on free of charge basis (only for the fare) for the same sub-class (fare difference will be collected if same fare sub-class is not available), with blackout dates apply. Rebooking for either inbound/outbound flight or both shall count for one change. Rebooking is subject to seat availability. Passengers shall be responsible for differences of government and airport taxes, fuel surcharge and service charges that may be imposed during rebooking.
5. Rebooking can only be made via Hong Kong Airlines’official website and it must be made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled departure time. For passenger who unsuccessfully rebook via above link (or for any enquiries), please contact our  Customer Service Centre.
6. FlexiPlus benefits can be extended to other fare family, except the Basic. For instance, if the outbound flight is in Main and the inbound flight is in FlexiPlus, passenger may enjoy the benefits in FlexiPlus (rebooking and refund fee for totally unused ticket may subject to change due to different fare rules) for either inbound or outbound flight, notwithstanding their respective fare family.
