Promotion details:

1. New members who register through Hong Kong Airlines' official website or mobile application and travel within the promotion period can earn an additional 500 FWC points after their first flight in an eligible Economy class, or an additional 1,000 FWC points in an eligible Business Class.

2. New members can earn points for flights taken within 30 days prior to their enrolment by submitting a missing points claim through the following channels:

       1.   Log in to your FWC account

       2.   Contact services hotlines:

•      Hong Kong Airlines Customer Service hotline

•      Fortune Wings Club hotline                                     

       3.  Send your supporting documents to: ffp@hnair.com/ vip@hnair.com (for Elite members)

          Points will be credited to your account within 4-6 weeks if your claims have been successful.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Fortune Wings Club (“FWC”) bonus FWC points for new members 2024 (“Promotion”) is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By registering FWC members and traveling with Hong Kong Airlines, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Only new members who register through Hong Kong Airlines official website or mobile application and travel from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) (“Promotion Period”) are entitled to join this Promotion. Each member can only enjoy the bonus points once.
3. Once registered, new members can earn additional 500 FWC points after their first flight in eligible one-way or round trip economy class; or additional 1,000 FWC points in eligible one-way or round trip business class.
4. FWC membership number should be provided at the time of purchasing the one-way or round-trip economy class and/or business class (if applicable) air ticket(s); otherwise no extra point will be awarded.
5. The Promotion is only applicable to flights operated and marketed by Hong Kong Airlines. It is not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
6. The promotion is applicable only to members themselves. The membership card number submitted by the member when signing up must be the same as the membership card number used when booking the flight. Only one participation is permitted per Fortune Wings Club membership card number, mobile phone number and ID document number.
7. Only flights eligible for accruing award points qualify for this promotion. Flights that are refunded or rescheduled to a date outside the Promotion Period do not qualify for this promotion.
8. Membership registration time and flight record details are based on the records shown in the FWC system.
9. Members must travel within the Promotion Period. Regular points and bonus points will be credited to the member's account within 4-6 weeks after completing the travel.
10. If this promotion coincides with another points reward promotion, the member will only receive the higher of the two points rewards.
11. New members can claim points for flights taken within 30 days prior to their enrolment. Points for flights taken during the Promotion Period must be claimed within 180 days after the flight. Claims made after this time are considered invalid. The rules on submitting points claims are based on the rules of Fortune Wings Club.
12. Extra Points earned under this Promotion is regarded as award points. Award points is not eligible to upgrade or retain FWC Elite membership status. Extra Points is not redeemable for cash.
13. Bookings are not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
14. The air ticket purchased under this Promotion is subject to Hong Kong Airlines' booking agreement and may change without prior notice.
15. FWC members are eligible for FWC Points accrual. Points credit will be based on actual flown distance and booking class and is subject to FWC's terms and conditions which is available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com/ja_JP/FFP/earn/earn_hx .
16. The Promotion only applies to adult tickets (adult price also applies to those aged 2 or above and below 12).
17. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
18. You are advised to check with the latest HKSAR Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning your trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. You acknowledge that such measures may be adopted rapidly, which sometimes occur during your travel.
19. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
20. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website. Other terms and conditions available at https://www.hongkongairlines.com also apply.  FWC and/or Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. 22. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
