Saipan Entry Requirements

All travellers entering Saipan are required to fill out the electronic custom declaration form using the  Electronic Declaration App  (click the link to open) and generate a QR code before boarding. A printed copy, screen capture or photo format of the QR code are all acceptable.

 

Additionally, for some passport holders, a hard copy of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (I-736 form) is required before arriving in Saipan. Please click the link to check the CNMI visa waiver Information and your eligibility for travelling to Saipan.
